Belief work


How can I believe something about myself I yet don’t believe? I feel like I’ve been trying to believe something for a few years and I don’t feel any closer to believing it than when I first started.

The deeper thoughts that I feel are so ingrained that I can’t seem to let go are:

I’m not worthy to receive money
I’m not good enough
I’m not important

They are all getting in the way of creating the life I desire.

I’m really looking for a deeper “practice” of believing and trust?
