I am new to scholars and was wondering how to change my beliefs. I have done thought work and want to think the new thoughts aka new beliefs, but how do I go about actually doing that? What I think I could do is say those new thoughts/beliefs out loud over and over a few times in the morning when I wake and right before I go to bed. I would have them on an index card and read from that until I have the new thoughts memorized. Do you have any other suggestions? Any ideas you have or have heard of people doing that has been effective for them? Thank you!
