I watched the beliefs live call with Jamie on the 30th and she mentioned writing down a belief at the top of her notebook page everyday for a year that she was a 100k earner. I want to practice the same exercise with my belief that I am a published author. But I’m wondering, do I write the belief at the top of the page each day and then do a thought download? Record all the thoughts that are not believing that I’m a published author yet? And then model them out? And then continue to record what I need to believe now in order to believe that I will someday publish my book? And then continue to put those beliefs in my thought ladder?
