When I notice a belief that is no longer serving me, do I need to know what the root cause of the belief was, or can I just choose a belief that serves instead? For example, When I asked myself today: If I could choose to believe anything about myself, what would I choose. The answer surprised me: I would choose to believe I am worthy of love. I had already believed this in my head. Could it be I hadn’t truly grasped this belief in my heart until now?
