Believe what want

Have done self coaching
Needing some help here

In one session Brooke says “there is no negative consequences for believing positive one “ (outcome, etc) “I just choose to believe that everything is amazing until there is evidence to the contrary and then I can decide what that means too”

This is what I’m working on – I got it intellectually
I can do it when emotions are more positive

When emotions are negative – I’m not embodying this well
I need help being it rather than just knowing it….

So I’m spinning less or getting out of it
And I’m processing emotion so that is what I’ve changed or am doing now

But want to keep going….

It seems like I have had negative consequences in the past for believing things are amazing…..
or maybe I haven’t ?? Can u help with that
