I’m new to this work. I wrote down all the toxic thoughts that I have regarding a specific topic. I can understand how it’s not helping me and I can write down new thoughts but I don’t believe these thoughts.
It’s like new stories that I can’t believe as truth. So I can go more neutral, smaller on my new thoughts in order to believe this new truth but in this case it’s doesn’t create any feeling, or a low vibration of neutral that doesn’t give me the energy to go further.
So my question is: how to find the thoughts that can create an aha moment that will make feel a bigger emotion, a sense of truth?
