Believing new sentences

Hey Brooke!

I’m actually going through March right now (I know you said to just go to the day where we are and start there, but I’m LOVING March and it’s super helpful)!

Anyway, I’m noticing that after my positive thought downloads, I’m writing down the new sentence I want to believe and my feeling for the past 3 times has always been “excited.” I feel like I believe it already and don’t think I have conflicting sentences in my head (at least at a conscious level)!

How do I go about filling out the workbook with the conflicting sentences and alternate thought if I don’t feel like I have these? Maybe I do, but I’m just not recognizing them!
