Believing New Things


Hi Coach!

I want to start believing new thoughts regarding a few different areas of my life by going through the process mentioned in the “Believing New Things” workbook. In the beginning, is it better to just focus on one area of my life that I want to improve on such as money? Can I do this process simultaneously on different areas of my life such as relationships, money, health or would that overwhelm my brain? Thank you in advance!
