Believing new things

I am confused about the Believing New things Module (positive thought for 30 days). I’m not clear on massive action I can take.

1. Write down the new sentence you want to believe.
I am a million dollar coach

2. How does this thought feel when you think it today?

3. Why? What is your brain coming up with? What are the conflicting sentences?
I am crazy to think this.
I am not good enough.

4. Answer each of these sentences with an alternative thought and a massive action to counter it. List them here.
I will be a good coach after training.
NOT CLEAR on what massive action I can take – I already am in training.

5. Write a note to yourself from your future self who is already living this new belief. What would you say to you today?
You have it in you. Follow your passion.
