Believing New Things

After completing thought downloads and practicing the model, I found myself asking the question “how do I change the thoughts that I’m having?” If I think “I’m not good enough,” I know that the more positive thought is that I am good enough or that I do my best, but making myself believe that feels impossible. Thankfully, I came across the Believing New Things unit in SCS. The example that is used there feels very different from my own though. Brooke talks about believing that you make 6 figures. This feels much more ambitious than simply trying to believe the new thought that I am good enough. Is the homework that Brooke suggests in Believing New Things the right approach to help me change this kind of thought?
