I’m starting on March and had a question and would like some clarifications. Here’s how I heard Brooke explain in the overview – sentence, visualize, declare, what feeling comes up. If a thought that is not positive comes up create an alternate thought, write note to self from future self.
In the workbook are we creating a new sentence each day or is it the same sentence? Also, in the workbook, is the thought download for positive thoughts? And can you explain a little more around the massive action that accompanies the alternative thought. I appreciate the clarification here.
