Believing new things


Hello – I’m working on the Believing New Things booklet and I’ve watched the Beliefs class this week. In the class it was said that you should think the way someone who has already achieved that thing would think – and I just wanted to check I understood it correctly.

I have two beliefs I’d like to work on.

1) I will always have ‘enough’ good friends in my life

2) I will become a successful life coach

Is the first one technically a ‘belief’? I want to work on it because I have a real scarcity mindset about friends and worry about having enough / losing friends.

Also – would I be able to get some help with questions to ask myself so I can come up with thoughts to practice for these beliefs? And would you say just practicing new thoughts around each belief will help cement it?
