Believing thought


My thought I would like to believe is something I’ve been practicing before this month. Now when I write it, I feel almost numb to it. I have trouble answering the second question – how does this thought feel when you think it today?

Any advice for identifying the feeling? Or is the numbness a sign I need to try some bridge thoughts? When I did a bridge thought today, I just felt disappointed… because it wasn’t as exciting as my original thought!
