I would like a review of my model, I’m not sure it’s done properly.
Also I would really like to find a way to be aligned with loving my body as it is, and wanting to change some of it. Any pointers appreciated:
C – My belly
T – I am superficial for wanting to be slimmer around my belly
F – Embarrassed
A – Hiding, not daring to say it is what I want or I could want, pretending I don’t want it, I don’t mind I don’t notice. Pretending I feel great in my body and accept it as it is. Pulling belly in. Feeling belly with my hands to check amount of fat rolls.
R – I put a lot of attention on my belly.
