I was listening to the “behind the scenes” for this month and the benefits you provide your employees. I share your thoughts that I want to provide top notch benefits to attract and keep the best of the best. My question is, in terms of health insurance, what about the employees that don’t elect the health benefits package? They have coverage through a spouse, etc. How do you handle that? Do you provide them with equal benefit in terms of compensation? This is something I have struggled with. Thanks for sharing!
