Dear Brooke,

I just have to say that thanks to the work I’ve been doing this month showing up & “loving on” my husband & kids, today was the best Mother’s Day I’ve had yet. We spent most of the day fulfilling familial obligations, but in the few hours we had as a family I choose to spend it fully engaged with them in ways I hadn’t bothered to in the past. All I can say is that them memories from today will warm my heart for many, many years to come because they were just that good. And yes, choosing love is always the right answer. My Mother’s Day was perfect because I choose to spend the day pouring love into my kids, husband, mom, & my mother-in-law. In your words, “soooo good!”
