Best practice for feeling good times


I joined Scholars and signed up for Coach Training. I want to learn as much as I can and practice daily with these tools.

When things are good and nothing negative is spinning what do you recommend for daily practice? Do you try to scratch open itches that you know are loaded subjects?

I know when I am running thoughts that don’t serve me and love the thought downloads and the Model for that. What do do you you recommend when things are good and I feel great?
