I LOVE the model, once I realized that I can create my own thoughts and feelings I’ve felt so much more optimistic and patient with myself and others. I am very involved in the actor/ comedy community and see so many of my friends struggling with anxiety and insecurity that results from the belief that they can only get happiness and success from other people. I see them beat themselves up for minor transgressions (eating a burrito or flubbing a line in an audition) or blaming other people for their unhappiness. I love these people so much and want them to thrive. I know the model would help them out so much. What’s the best way to introduce people to the model?
