I have a really hard time finding better feeling thoughts that I can believe. I know that “bridge”thoughts can be helpful, where you kind of have a neutral, in between thought to work on thinking first, but sometimes I struggle with finding those thoughts too. Some thoughts I struggle with this are “I’m burnt out, I’m just done with today” (proceed to buffer through the evening with food and TV), “it won’t hurt to just have a little bit of this food off protocol”, “I can’t get any work done or feel relaxed unless the house is completely clean”.
