better thoughts to myself when I am going of my protocol.

I keep going off my protocol. I tell myself “this little cheat” what matter, it’s our anniversary — it’s ok, just a little flour can’t make a difference….HELP! What are some different thoughts that I can replace those with….I want to be committed to the protocol. I am 5’6″ and weigh 165 lbs. My goal weight is 140lbs??
