I have a client that does not want to lose weight, but wants to stop over eating. She wants to stop binge eating candy, specifically. She’s suffered in the past from an eating disorder so the control is an issue that brings up worry around food. I am wondering if using the overeating program would be the right program or the overdrinking program modified? Any suggestions?
I understand they are the same work on our thoughts, but wondering which would fit best to use a an overall guide.
