I just binge ate. This is something that I find myself doing (in small or big ways) a couple of times a week. I am trying to strike the balance between getting curious about why I am doing this and making excuses for myself. When I ask myself why and I offer things like “it’s been a long work week”, “you haven’t been getting enough sleep” etc, it feels like kind of a cop out.
