Binge model


I would love some help with this unintentional model because my result is not proving my thought. Thanks for your help.
C- Food and Alcohol
T- I will have whatever I want tonight and get back on protocol tomorrow
A- Binge on food and alcohol
R- Start the next day on protocol but then at night binge, gain back 8 of the 10 pounds I lost, feel crappy and anxious.
