Hi Brooke

I’ve been doing the mindset work for a while now, I’ve been listening to the podcasts and I worked with one of the life coaches and I did lose weight but I still kept overeating and the more weight I lost and got closer to my goal, my overeating episodes actually started to get worse and longer and became more frequent. I feel like I’ve gone backwards and like it doesn’t work anymore, I can’t stop overeating, I always end up doing it again either cause of my feelings or just desire. I know these are all my thoughts but I feel stuck and helpless again
