Bingeing


I can’t find a compelling reason to feel determined enough to not binge on sugar and flour, particularly at night. I want to feel good in my clothes, feel confident, be as healthy as I can be, reduce strain on my joints and lose 10kg to get to my goal weight. However, because I’m close to a healthy bmi, I don’t feel like I’m sufficiently motivated. I need that compelling thought- any suggestions on how to get one that’s strong enough to work?
