after having very good results (mind and body) in July with the weightloss program, i went back to bingeing (i do believe that having a short term goal “beach” was helping). I usually start the day good and go to bingeing in the afternoon… It is moving really fast and don’t feel I make the time to stay with the feelings… I try to make notes about “breathe, think before eating” but can’t seem to stop me.. What will you advise?
I know i am in a place of judgement and self-loathing which doesn’t help. I do believe that I need to be strong on me to get somewhere….
