Binging on junk food


I’ve been binging on junk food and my thoughts are: I can’t do this, this is too hard. (Referring to grabbing junk food.) My feeling is depressed. I’m not taking any action and the result is overeating and gaining weight. It all feels very negative and I’m drawing more negative behavior from it. Can you help me turn this around with more positive steps? I am a diamond and have followed some of the teachings regarding weight loss, but seem to always end up in a defeated place.
