Hi Brooke

I have the habit of buffering with food or responding to overdesire. Lately I will do well for several days but when I do go off plan, I make it mean I can’t do this, I’ve messed up now or I was wrong for believing I could change this habit

C – go off plan
T – I can’t do this
F – defeated
A – quit
R – prove I can’t do this

C – went off plan
T – I’ve ruined all my efforts
F – blame
A – give up
R – keep going off plan

I was wondering if you could help me on the intentional model or with accepting that this is a habit I will have for some time as I’ve done it most of my life so the next time I do go off plan, I can make better choices
