I’m on birth control for my endometriosis – but I find when I’m on it, I barely have any sex drive – Is it my thought “I don’t have any sex drive because I’m on birth control” or the actual birth control causing me to have no sex drive??!!
I’m noticing I have thoughts that I just accept as true pertaining to my “ailments” “I’m always cold because I have a thyroid disorder” “I have to be on birth control for my endometriosis but it kills my libido” I usually try to negotiate the way I feel based on stuff I’ve been diagnosed with – not even considering my thoughts around these issues could be affecting me…
