C: bloating 6 pm. worked out at midday. body not shifting from full->hungry with the typical rhythm
T: I don’t deserve to have these sensations
F: pissed
A: continuously check if the sensation is still there
R: more and more focused on the sensation and creating more being pissed

C: bloating 6 pm. worked out at midday. body not shifting from full->hungry with the typical rhythm
T: I want to be able to eat all I have on protocol and with desire for food (even without protocol what I normally eat)
F: desire
A: move myself do things to push the sensation away and build desire for food
R: spend a lot of energy and time to have desire satisfied

thoughts I am trying:
I can eat anyway.
Maybe not eating is going to be more rewarding this time.
Maybe I can let go of the desire for food. Love would let it go.

However, I am still witnessing my brain wanting food. Any suggestions?
