I keep having a belief that something is wrong with me because i “feel” bloated all the time…(yet ppl dont understand because my stomach looks flat to them)…
How can i just accept this without making it mean anything?
“I feel fat because I feel bloated”
“Im doing my protocol wrong if i still feel bloated”
“I wish i didn’t feel bloated all the time”

Ironically when the thoughts of feeling bloated come – i want to eat more – thus perpetuating the feeling…

Can I just start believing that I’m not bloated? That “nothing has gone wrong here?”
