Block party


C-block party will have food
T- being on plan will be hard
F- out of control
A- eat all the things
R- gain weight

could you help with some new thoughts? I want to feel in control so my action is to follow my plan and result in losing weight. But struggling to find thoughts compelling enough!

Also, it’s a soup party I have no clue what people are bringing in order to plan 24 hours in advance. Would writing down a 1/2 cup of each kind of soup be specific enough? Or is that too vague and getting me in trouble with myself?
