I’m curious if you know anything about this. In general in my life there have been times (pre-SCS) where I eat a diet with flour and sugar and lots of healthy foods too. Occasionally if I didn’t have a chance to eat over a long period of time my hands would get shaky and I suddenly feel “off”. I’ve always been told (by friends, not doctors) that is from a blood sugar crash. Since beginning IF and NF NS on SCS for 7 months, even with long periods of fasting that hasn’t happened, other than twice recently. Makes sense as my blood sugar is more even. I’m curious if that is a sensation you ever feel eating this way and I’m wondering why it’s happened two times, despite sticking to my protocol.
