Blowing my own damn mind

I wrote on the calendar a goal weight for the end of this week five years ago. I achieved this goal. Right on the money! I wrote it down and then I did it. I lost 2.7 lbs a week when I worked out the average and I’m nearly 50! My mind is blown. If I can do this I can do anything. Whoa! Crazy.
