Thank you for this month (and every month). I am already blown away by what I’m finding out about love and hate. I found out that I haven’t been loving because I spend all of my energy hating myself and trying to gain approval. Like, loving wasn’t even really on my radar. The idea of love being selfish is so fascinating as I am seeing how selfish it is to hate myself. I am looking forward to redirecting my thoughts and energy towards loving others and myself. Isn’t that what life is for? Thank you, thank you.
