Body love and Intermittent fasting

Hi! I’ve been following Susan Hyatt forever and I know she is a friend of Brooke. I’m curious, Susan seems to put down Intermittent Fasting and following a protocol as if it is a way of not loving our body. Maybe I am misinterpreting what she is saying in her Bare book, but I would think that Brooke and Susan would be on the same page. Does having a protocol and planning and intermittent fasting mean that we are not intuitively eating and not listening to our body? Thanks!
