Bone Broth and Intermittent Fasting

I’ve created a protocol and have an 8-hour eating window. I haven’t yet run across any information here (although I’m far from having gone through all of it!) on bone broth and whether that is or is not something I can have OUTSIDE of my eating window. I’m thinking of having it in lieu of my morning coffee. I know it has CALORIES and so isn’t something normally considered during a fast. But I had followed Bulletproof for a while and he suggested coffee with MCT oil and butter during the fasting period. Thoughts on that? Thanks!
