Hi Coaches: How can I use the model to fix my boredom at work?
C: I have a software training job.
T: The job is repetitive and boring.
F: Boredom.
A: Buffer with video games.
R: Stuck.
The job’s boring nature is a thought not a circumstance—not everyone in the world will think it is boring.
Yet, I don’t see a way to come up with a new thought that can make it interesting. Is it possible to turn boring things into interesting things through a new thought?
Any suggestions on thoughts or models that could be helpful?
