Brooke’s model is based on the belief that thoughts cause ALL feelings. How does the model work with bottom up feelings- feelings that happen first, that then cause thoughts after? There is a lot of research out there that shows feelings happen first and then thoughts happen after : DR. JOAN ROSENBERG’s new book 90 seconds to a Life You Love discusses both of these processes and in a recent interview I heard her reference brain scans that prove this happens. Just curious to if the model can be adjusted for feelings that happen before thoughts?
