Brain overdrive/ Sleep deprivation


I love learning and applying all of the concepts taught here… I just have one struggle right now. As I lay down exhausted at night to sleep my mind goes into hyperdrive- creating more goals, blog posts, marketing ideas, and new amazing thoughts. Which is lovely, except for the sleep deprivation. I am getting so tired during the day. I am working on my thoughts throughout the day, doing models, planning every day and working on all of my plans but it doesn’t shut down my brain at night. I have tried writing down the ideas, just lying there and allowing them, telling my brain I’ll work on it in the morning.. but so far I am unsuccessful. Any ideas?
