Bread as Joy Food? Hungry with IF.


I’ve been off flour and sugar for almost three weeks. Yesterday I had two pieces of toast with butter as my joy food. I’m also doing I.F. and this morning I feel more hungry than usual. Could those pieces of toast interrupt my fat adapting process?

My fasting period is between 8pm and noon. I noticed that I’m less and less hungry in the morning, but between meals in the afternoon I get very hungry (physically hungry) – is that normal?
