Break up.


I broke up with “the love of my life” and then regretted it and tried to get back together with him. We were back and forth for awhile and then he dumped me. He is dating someone new. We have children at the same school and not a day goes by that I don’t think about him, obsess about him and regret what has happened. What can I do to get out of this thought loop that my life would all be ok if he would just come back to me?
