Breakfast options

I am not overweight. But for health reasons I do want to follow your no sugar no flour and keep my blood sugar level throughout the day. So if I want to eat breakfast would you recommend steal cut oats with flaxseeds, rice milk, and blueberries, OR eggs with bacon or turkey sausage?

Also if both options are ok should I rotate every other day between oatmeal and eggs or is eating the same breakfast everyday ok?
