Breaking protocol excitement

My unintentional model…

C – food options available
T – it doesn’t matter if I break protocol
F – excitement
A – eat off protocol
R – gain weight

I am a bit stuck on what new thoughts to try and introduce because my current model leading to excitement is pretty enticing! Where might I start? When I think ‘it does matter if I break protocol’ I feel restricted, which sometimes leads to eating less, sometimes more.
