I had about 75 pounds to loose, I have lost around 55 however I have found really difficult to follow my protocol to the T since October. It is the first time I fear I will just not reach my goal. I also feel a bit crossed as I shouldn’t be breaking my word to myself, and whilst I type I am thinking to have breakfast at the hotel I’m staying because is included despite the fact I am supposed to fast until lunch time.
So annoying I always need extra help to achieve my goals rather than just do it! And weight loss seems to be exception!
