breaking recursive thought/action loop:How do i find new thought?


The model I’m doing looks like:
C: Ex and I broke up
T: I still want him
F: desperation
A: trying to do models, but I’m new and don’t trust i’m doing them correctly
R: I’m stuck in resistance, and mired in doubt.
A: Still want Ex, choose to live in HOPE rather than reality.

So How do I find a new thought that gives me a better result/action/feeling?
The thought “I Still Want Him” feels like Fact, how do you shift it to something more neutral?
