Hi Brooke,
I recently broke up with my boyfriend, and although it’s only been a week, I’m really having trouble managing my thoughts, all the emotions and the fear of uncertainty. I broke up with him because I felt like it was all holding me back from leveling up in my life and my work. However, now I’m working through a lot of grief and don’t have much energy to do anything related to work. What would you recommend I focus on first to start feeling more like myself and make it through this breakup as mentally stable as possible.
