Bridge model


I’d like some feedback with this new model that’s a bridge model for me right now.

Current model I’m living in:

C: I want to honor my commitments to myself.
T: I’m really not good at this.
F: defeated
A: don’t make future commitments to myself and assume I won’t honor the commitments I have made to myself.
R: prove I don’t honor my commitments to myself.

The bridge model I created to help me:

C: I want to honor my commitments to myself.
T: It is possible for me to honor my commitments to myself.
F: hopeful
A: think about times I’ve honored my commitment to myself in the past.
R: show myself that it’s possible to think that it’s possible for me to honor my commitments to myself.
