Brooke’s philosophy on other diet plans

Hi! I love Brooke’s approach to weight loss with no sugar, no flour, etc. Does this work for everyone? I’ve seen other people get results from calorie counting or following a specific diet (keto, paleo, whatever). Does Brooke say that these diets don’t work or the results won’t last? I understand her analogy of eating X number of calories is like eating X inches of food. But it seems like calorie counting also works for people. I know what works for me (NFNS) but am just curious about Brooke’s philosophy on other diets! Thanks!
