Listening to podcasts episode on Self Image and curious about Brooke’s process for constructing and holding thought experiments like imagining herself on a desert island trying to decide what *she* cares about w regards to her body…or the one she has about winning 100million dollars in the lottery, or the perfect princesses (can’t remember the source episodes). Does she work with these visualizations in meditation? In journaling? Please advise!
